Hello, yesterday it was good and everything, but today I turn on my pc and it said I have virus in my pc from your launcher, why is that, that I got a malware from it?

Hey it wont let me download the launcher from memesense, it says exe isnt commonly downlaoded, make sure you trust exe before opening it. How do i download it?
