hello when i activated my key i cant download

Some anti-virus vendors run programs in a virtual machine. If you aren`t using an anti-virus, then make sure Hyper-V is disabled.

Your antivirus program has quarantined the launcher and is preventing from running. Try to add the download folder to your antivirus exceptions.
"Failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll, which is the default rendersystem and should not fail to load. Please verify the game install in Steam."
You launched the app from your browser's downloads section. Open File Explorer and launch the app from there. If the issue persists, move the launcher to a different folder.
